به موجب این قرارداد که فی مابین مجموعه کلینیک فنی و تخصصی بتن ایران ( شرکت ژرف تابان مهر ) و شرکت نفت پارس منعقد گردید شرکت کلینیک فنی و تخصصی بتن ایران اقدام به اجرای ترمیم و آب بندیکولینگ تاور بتنی شرکت نفت پارس نموده است. از مشکلات اجرای این پروژه می توان به ارتفاع بالا ، وجود تجهیزات و زمان کوتاه عملیات اجرایی اشاره کرد.

CHIMEX 127
Cemet-Acrylic Based, Two-Components Full Elastic Waterproofing Material
Description
It is a cement based, acrylic modified, two component, full elastic waterproofing coating mortar. Liquid component is a pure elastomeric resin emulsion. Powder component is a hydraulic binder mixture of additive and filling materials.
Usage Areas
It is used for providing a positive (interior) insulation barrier in potable water tanks, pools, and cisterns made up of brick, raw cement, or plaster. It is used as an undercoat, or a top coat in the insulation of terrace roofs.It is used for the positive insulation of grounds, retaining walls, and pitch walls, against ground moisture and water leakage. It is used for the insulation of basements from exterior. It is used for providing a waterproof barrier in balconies, and plant stands.
It is used for preventing water leakage between floors, and in wet surfaces such as bathrooms, kitchens, toilets, etc.
It is used for coating drainage channels, and seawater and sewage chambers. It is used for the insulation of galleries, and drainage, and water grooves. It is used in bridges, viaducts, and engineering structures as a protective coating to provide resistance against defrosting salts. It is used for the adherence of coating materials such as ceramic, granite, marble, etc.

Surface Preparation
The surface to be treated must be clean, solid, and entirely free from any grease, rust, dirt and cement residue. Big pores and cracks must be filled with a proper REPAMERK or PH 127 for corner prior to application. The surface must be moisturized and it must be kept moistured during application. After the application of the first coat the parts prone to cracking such as pointed tips and horizontal/vertical intersections must be bevelled and rounded, and a second coat of CHIMEX 127 must be applied onto this bevel by using joint tape
Application
10 kgs of liquid component is poured into a clean container. The powder component is added and dissolved. The solution is mixed to a thick consistency acquiring a homogenous composition. (approximately 3 minutes with low a speed mixer.) Powder component must be added to liquid component. The mixture must be consumed in 45-60 minutes. CHIMEX 127 is applied in at least two coats using a brush, roller or trowel.Each coat should be applied before the previous coat dries and solidifies. If necessary, the surface should be slightly moisturized prior to the application of the next coat. Each coat must be applied at right angle to the direction of the application.Between the application of two coats, bearing elements such as alkali resistant joint tape, mortar mesh, etc. should be used on cracks or at horizontal/vertical connections. After the application of the last coat the surface is levelled by using a soft, moistured sponge. CHIMEX 127 should be applied with caution onto perlite concrete, gas concrete, or any concrete with high porosity; it should be applied onto these surfaces only after the application of grout or plaster.
Cleaning Of The Tools
The equipment can be cleaned with water immediately after use. When the material dries hard on the equipment, it can be cleaned by mechanical methods.
Consumption
1 – 1.5 kg/m2 for each coat; it should be applied in two coats minimum, and maximum total Consumption should not exceed 4 kg/m2.

Powder component 20 kg kraft bag. Liquid component 10 lt plastic drum.
Storage and Shelf Life
Powder component must be kept in a cool and dry place, and on pallet. Liquid component must be protected from freeze. 12 months minimum in original packaging when kept in a cool and dry place.

Waterproofing Material for Negative-Positive Applications
Description
Cement and acrylic based, super elastic, two component, resistant to positive and negative
water pressure waterproofing material with high crack bridging property.
Fields of Application
• Indoor and outdoor for horizontal and vertical applications,
• Groundwork isolation, retaining walls and basement isolation subject to slight vibrance,

• Water tanks and swimming pools (under the coverage),

Application Procedure
Preparation of Substrate
Application substrate must be dry, sound, mainly smooth, clean and fine pored. The application surface must be clear of materials which prevent bonding, such as oil, dust, paint, silicone, curing agents, detergents and paraffin wax. Weak parts of the concrete must be repaired, plasters that are not well adhered must be removed, the surface must be flat and sound, static cracks on the building must be repaired with a plaster containing LATEX or REPAMERK 301. Holes that have water outflow must be filled with WATERSHOCK. The surface must be saturated with water and must be kept moist during the application. Perpendicular corners should be beveled.
Application Method
Pour liquid Part B into a clean mixing container and slowly add powder Part A while mixing
with a 400-600 rpm mixer. Continue mixing for at least 3-5 minutes until a homogenous and uniform mixture is obtained. Wait for 3-5 minutes and mix again for approximately 30 seconds and becomes ready to use. Prepared CHIMEX 235 mixture is applied by brush or trowel as two or three layers. Brush application direction in each layer must be perpendicular to each other. Minimum 5 – 6 hours and maximum 24 hours, must be waited after first coat application at +20°C. Second layer must be applied before the first layer is not completely dry. In case the first layer is dry, the surface must be moisturized again before the application of the second layer. The surface must be protected from sunlight and prevented from drying quickly, for 3 days after the application of the second layer. It is recommended to use a mesh between the layers. Using mesh increases the reinforcing properties of the product. It gains mechanical strength in 3 days, becomes waterproof in 7 days. It gains final strength in 14 days. Ambient and substrate temperature should be between +5°C to +35°C during the application. Also application should not be made in very hot, rainy or windy weathers. Consumption
1,25 – 1,5 kg/m2 is applied on
each layer. It is recommended
that at least 2 coats.

SILOX
Solvent Based, Invisible Water Repellent And Surface Impregnating Material
Description
SILOX is a solvent and silan-siloxan based surface impregnating and undercoat material which provides an invisible waterproof barrier in capillaries when it is absorbed by the surface it is applied. In spite of its perfect water-repellent effect it does not have any impact on water vapor permeability of the surface, and therefore allows breathability.
Usage Areas
The surface to be treated must be inclined downstream. It can be applied for water insulation on absorbent surfaces like all types of concrete surfaces; mineral stucco; highly absorbent surfaces such as gas concrete, brick, tile, terracotta and travertine; mineral based natural and artificial stones; surfaces with mineral based paints; and monuments and statues constructed with these materials. It can be applied on the materials mentioned above at poolsides, balconies and terraces to protect them from liquid stains. Can be used as an undercoat prior to paint application.Glazed or non-porous surfaces such as ceramic, faience, glass brick, glass tile, glass mozaic (BTB), etc.
Require special application methods. It provides water repellency at the joints of impermeable coatings like ceramic tiles, metal, glass, glassbrick, etc. It is not recommended to use underground where higher hydrostatic waterpressure may appear, on paints or under water.

Advantages
An invisible material which does not form any film on the surface. It is the ideal material for the surfaces where the outlook must not change. Provides rapid water-repellent effect. It makes the surfaces self cleaning with rain. It has very good penetration ability. Ready to use in liquid form. Dries solid without causing stickiness. Does not form any layer on the surface. Has vapor permeability; provides breathability for the surface. Protects the surface from mold, mildew, fungus and moss formation by avoiding moisture which is an excellent environment for microorganisms to reproduce. Resistant to alkali environments. Provides heat economy by protecting walls from wetting. (5% humidity results in a loss of 30% in heat insulation value of that material). Its water-repellent effect avoids any damage which may be caused by expansion due to freeze and thaw cycles. It prevents chalking due to its resistance to salts.
Surface Preparation
The surface to be treated must be clean and dry, and free from grease, rust, dirt, mold, etc. Cracks and loose parts must be repaired. The surface to be treated for water insulation must be inclined downstream. Building elements such as window frames or panels must be protected during application.
Application
SILOX surface impregnating material should be applied by using light ruff brush or by way of spraying. At least two or three layer application is recommended on high absorbent surfaces. Paint may be applied thereon after 24 hours. The application method is saturating the surface wet on wet at least two layers. If there is an other application on SILOX’s layer, should be applied one day later.
Cleaning Of The Tools
Rinse the tools with endustrial solvents after use.
Consumption
Depending on surface porosity and absorbency, the consumption is 200-600 g/m2²at two layers.

PUMAST 600
Elastic, One Component Polyurethane Sealant
Description
PUMAST 600 is an highly elastic, low modulus polyurethane sealant, with good UV resistance and excellent adhesion to typical construction materials. PUMAST 600 is one component and cures with moisture to form a flexible sealant which can be overpainted after curing is finished. The sealant is non sagging, highly thixotropic, easy smoothing and has good workability. It is a perfect product for all types of static and dynamic expansion joints of structural members.
Usage Areas
PUMAST 600 is designed for civil and industrial movement, expansion, control and dilatation joints in architectural and heavy construction. To be used as a sealant between concrete, mortar, brickwork, natural and synthetic stone, metal, steel, aluminium, wood, ceramic tiles, rigid plastics etc.

Surfaces Preparations
All surfaces must be perfectly clean, dry and free from dust and grease. Where necessary apply a coating of primer on the joint walls. Use PU 101 A for porous (absorbing) surfaces like concrete, mortar etc.
Joint design
The sealant should not adhere to the joint bottom; the use of a joint backing rod is recommended. It is advisable to effect preliminary adhesion tests. If the joint has a concrete protective system the compatibility of the joint coating with the sealant has to be verified.
Application
Application of PUMAST 600 is carried out by a suitable pres-out gun.

Clean tools with solvent after use. Do not allow material to cure in tools.

JOINTPAST PS-V and PS-H
Polysulfide Based ,Two Components, Joint Sealant
Description
It is very highly elastic, double component, liquid polymer (polysulfide) based joint filling paste cured in the presence of catalyst.
Usage Areas
For its high movement capacity, strength which maintains its advantages for very long time even under adverse weather conditions, and resistance against the chemicals, it is used as the joint filing paste in horizontal and vertical expansion joints in the buildings and all other structures that require very high elasticity. It is used in the automobile industry and marine vessels as assembly material for the purpose of filling the wholes and joints as well as providing insulation against the external environment conditions.

Application
The application surfaces must be dry and free from dirt, dust, and oil and grease. The detachable loose parts must be removed from the application surface. If it is necessary, surface is primered with PS PRIMER. The double component product is made ready for use by mixing with a low speed mixer until a completely homogenous mixture is acquired.
It is necessary to take care not to create air bubble in the mixture while mixing. The mixture must be used not later than
1 hour after it has been prepared. The application is made using a spraying pistol or applicator in line with the package form. If the joint depth is high, the joint depth must be adjusted using appropriate profiles to save material.
It is necessary to use primer material to improve adhesion. At the end of the application, the tools must be cleaned with chemical solvents if the material is yet to be cured, or mechanically if the material has been cured.
Cleaning Of The Tools
The equipment can be cleaned by using cellulosic thinner immediately after application.

Acrylic Polymer Based, Swelling Waterstop
Description
SWELLBAND A is an acrylic based sealing material that swell in contact with water.

Application Procedure
Preparation of Substrate
The surface must be clean and dry. It must not be applied to wet, frozen, greasy or dusty surfaces, and under wet weather conditions. SWELLBAND A should be protected from humidity and rain before the application.
Application Method
Roll out required amount of SWELLBAND A. Acrylic adhesive is placed in the middle of the joints and SWELLBAND A is glued on it and fixed on the surface. Place seams side by side or end to end; do not overlap. Make sure waterstop covers all parts of the surface, especially for surfaces which are not perfect in shape. Placed to concrete in a controlled. Protect the surface from water until placed the concrete. It is not suitable for the movement joints.

Depends on application areas.
